Farewell driftingheart.net, hello graphicfighter.net!
Hello to everyone who's reading this journal for the first time! Else, be on your way. ;)

To keep it simple: graphicfighter.net is the new driftingheart.net. A tough but mature reflexion for a convenient outcome. As previously said back in May, I'm not interested nor have the time to maintain heavy-content websites anymore, yet I still want to assert myself effortlessly in the world wide web. To be free from constraint is my new golden rule. With that in mind, the new domain comprises the very few things that I'm interested in and define me best. To be honest, it was just a matter of time before driftingheart.net shuts down, and with it, websites that I loved to work on (I don't do site adoption, do not ask for it!); I'm going on my 27 and I think it's high time for me to let go of the past and acknowledge that I moved on. In other words, graphicfighter.net merely embraces things that I presently hold dear to my heart and will hopefully redefine my online identity for all the years to come.

FYI
This log has merged with my former graphics website (4CGraphics) and update log ([info]dhnet). It is thus now semi-public. All my personal entries will still remain private. As usual, drop me a line in the "Semi Friends Only" post to be considered or feel free to friend me if you want to be notified of my latest graphic releases or network updates.

YAY this is nice! Very streamlined and simple. ;3 This is what I want to do with evenlight.net, because I also need to shed some internet weight. XD

Sorry if you've received 3 notifications of this post again but I was trying to make the beacon feature works with Facebook... not sure if this post is gonna pop in my wall in a few minutes yet. XD;

Now all I have to do is delete driftingheart.net and redirect people here...

There isn't much to talk about actual "websites" if you think about it. XD But I like this new concept! I'll be all over LJ now AH AH AH!

Thanks! :D I've been thinking a lot about this but deep down inside I knew I wouldn't keep those sites forever. It's a fresh new start for me!

By the way, can you delete "Excellence" from the "All Around You" ring system please?

Today I was working on a site I keep about Yuna, and I mentioned to my friend how you had the best tribute site to her at driftingheart.net -- that was before I clicked the link again and saw it was gone.

I read your intro here on your post. I have checked your links. I see nothing left. This is very sad to me.
I am glad that there was one day I went to enjoy your site and found your index of files because I keep them in a folder under Drifting Heart.

One of the saddest parts about the net is that sites which are so wonderful and educational and inspiring turn away and leave at the drop of a hat. Sometimes they get archived, and sometimes not. The death of a site is like losing a friend.

Thank goodness after I wrote this to you, I went looking on the Wayback Machine and found some of your site. I am thankful.

I love Yuna and her story.

Thank you for the kind words. I really appreciate it.

It was a hard decision to close it because I have special memories attached to it, not to mention the time and money I spent to put it up and keep it alive for all these years. However, as the time goes by, you realize the passion fades away and the motivation with it. My heart not being at it anymore, I didn't want to keep an half-assed site over my new domain. I do hope my faithful visitors will be able to forgive and understand my decision.

Interesting link. I guess I could point people who're asking for an archive over there. Thanks for sharing.

Well boo!
I understand the need to move on in life, but I loved driftingheart.net for the fact you had some pretty great costume tips. haha. I hadn't looked at your site in a while but when I started working on my FFX2 yuna I went to check out what you had sad. Sadly, it was already gone and I was directed to your blog instead. hahaa.

I just wanted to let you know that I loved your old site and that your tips were greatly appreciated. :)
